How do i handel scrollend in table view???

Hi all I'm using latest version of titanium sdk i.e 3.3.0 and i work on both android and ios platforms. I have a requirement where i need to use scrollend event for a table .the problem is when ever i scroll the table rows the scrollend event is called. but I want the scrollend event to be called only when it reaches to lastrow of a table.Is this possible ??
